Architecture Past and Present

In 2008, the Edmund J Safra Synagogue welcomed Peshi's paintings into their elegant space. The artist was once again offered a solo show. The artist herself named the exhibition Architecture Past and Present. While Peshi displayed many modern and abstract paintings of Judaic and secular content, it was her Kristallnacht series which gained much attention. Many of those works had sold that night and in the months that followed. It was at that juncture in her artistic journey that Peshi realized she would need to travel more and explore her heritage in order to make more meaningful art.
